Every job carries our own workmanship warranty: 2 years on interior and exterior paint, 2 years on gutter and gutter guard installation, and 5 years on roofs. Roofing also carries Owens Corning manufacturer coverage. The System Protection Limited Warranty gives 50 years of non-prorated material coverage on Owens Corning shingles and components, then prorated for the remaining roof life, with 15 years of blow-off and 10 years of algae resistance on qualifying products, but it does not cover workmanship. Yes. Projects start with 50% down, which reserves your spot on the schedule and pays for the material order. The balance is due once the work is finished and you have walked it with us. If the deposit is the sticking point, ask about financing when we come out.

Yes, full liability and workers compensation, and we will have the certificate sent directly from our carrier before work starts. Yes, and we do it often. We document the damage in the format adjusters expect, provide a written scope that lines up with their estimate software, and meet the adjuster at the house when it helps. We tarp beds and shrubs before tear-off, keep the dumpster or trailer on the driveway rather than the grass where we can, and run a magnet sweep across the yard and the drive before we leave. If a plant takes damage anyway, tell us and we replace it.
