What to expect when you call.
Someone picks up during office hours and asks a few basic questions: your address, what your house is doing, and which of the four trades it touches. From there we set up a time for a free on-site look. If you would rather skip talking it through first, the booking calendar on this page works just as well.
It helps, but it is not required for every visit. Most of what we need to see is on the outside of the house: the roof, the siding, the gutters. If the concern is something inside, like a ceiling stain or an interior repaint, we will need access to that room, so being there for that kind of visit makes more sense.
Grace 4 U is family owned and run by Caleb and Derek Bocock directly. There is no separate call center between you and the people who own the company, so questions about your specific job usually get answered by someone who can actually make a decision about it.
Our office is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Outside those hours you can still text the same number or book a time on the calendar on this page; whatever comes in is waiting for us when the office opens next.
Yes. Projects start with 50% down, which reserves your spot on the schedule and pays for the material order. The balance is due once the work is finished and you have walked it with us.
Yes, financing is available on larger projects. If the deposit is the sticking point, ask us about the options when we come out and we will walk you through what fits the job.

We are based on 500 East north of Lebanon, which puts most of Boone, Hendricks, Hamilton and Clinton County inside a comfortable drive. If your town is on this list, we are there regularly, not making a special trip.
